RETAINER PROGRAM DETAILS:

  • 3 month minimum commitment. At the end of 3 months, we will re-evaluate the program to see if the quantity of content is fitting your business needs. After that, we can adjust your plan or continue on at 3 or 6 month commitments.

  • Each retainer includes a set amount of work agreed up on by both parties. Overage for additional projects outside of the agreed upon scope will be billed at a discounted rate.

  • Additional expenses are extra – these items are discussed and require approval  in the monthly meeting before the project is done. These can include larger/specific studio, models, props, crew, equipment, extensive photo retouching, 4k video quality, locations, travel, third party licensing, etc.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

1. Fill out the form below. I’ll set up a consultation so we can get to know each other. I want to learn all about your business and goals. We’ll review your needs and upcoming projects.

2. First project. We want to make sure were a good fit so we’ll go through the process of one photo project. You’ll get some fresh content and a chance to see how we work. Then we can setup a retainer program.

2. First payment. Once the paperwork is completed we’ll take care of the first retainer fee. Then we setup a call or meeting and get the months projects figured out and completed. Prior to the 2nd month, we will have a conference call or video chat to review the next month’s priorities. Payment for the month ahead will be due on the 1st of each month.

3. Repeat. We will repeat the process each month for the remainder of the program you selected.

4. Reevaluate. At the end of your contract, we will review the program to see if you want to adjust the amount of work completed each month before signing again!
